Two BCBA’s offering an alternative ABA experience through

Mindful Behavioral Support
Guiding You on a Journey to Positive Behavioral Change with Expertise and Compassion.
Welcome

We are Nyah and Kate two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) dedicated to redefining behavioral support through a holistic lens. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and professionals in caring fields to achieve their goals and cultivate fulfilling lives through mindful behavioral support.

**Our Offering:**

In addition to supporting individuals and families, we extend our services to professionals in caring fields. Whether you're a teacher, therapist, caregiver, or healthcare professional, we offer training, consultation, and resources to enhance your skills and effectiveness in supporting others.

**Our Philosophy:**

At the core of our practice is a philosophy rooted in the integration of evidence-based practices from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with mindfulness techniques and holistic strategies. We believe in addressing the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - to facilitate meaningful growth and lasting change.

Rather than viewing behavior in isolation, we recognize the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and actions. Through compassionate collaboration and a strengths-based approach, we guide our clients and partners in discovering their innate potential and navigating life's challenges with resilience and authenticity.

Join us in embracing a philosophy of mindful behavioral support, where we honor each individual's unique journey and empower them to thrive in all aspects of life.
